Not satisfied with your order? No problem.
You have the right to return your items within 14 days of receiving them.
Please include this fully completed return form along with your invoice in the return package.

⚠️ Incomplete forms cannot be processed.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

• In original condition

• Unworn and unused

• With all original labels and tags still attached

• Free from damage or signs of use

Althea reserves the right to refuse returns if items appear used or damaged without our fault.

All return shipments must include a valid Track & Trace code.
The sender is always responsible for the return shipment.
