You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll refund the full purchase amount to your bank account within five business days.

Returning is simple — just follow these 3 steps:

➤ Step 1: Complete the return form
Fill out the form completely. Incomplete forms may delay processing.

➤ Step 2: Send your order back
Send the items together with the completed form to the address stated on the return form.
Make sure your package includes a valid Track & Trace code.
As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment — we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

➤ Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we’ve received your package, we’ll refund the full purchase amount to your bank account within 5 business days.
